Love and friendship were the unexpected and magnificent outcomes of my time living in Italy. My photo missions were always inspired by the desire to capture these themes in iconic scenes and share them with the people I spent my year with.
In these images the winter sun delivers romantic elongated shadows around twosomes mid-stroll. It highlights quiet canals and creates misty atmospheric backdrops for some of the more iconic symbols of the old towns.
The contrast is high to preserve the timelessness of togetherness and of these beautiful old and thriving cities.
